Questions about the product, a correction to something on this site, or an order you need help with. Each goes to a different place, and this page says which.
Refunds do not come through this site
This page cannot access, cancel or refund an order, because it sells nothing. Two different parties handle the two different things you might need:
- Lost your order number? BuyGoods is named on the official site as the retailer of record and runs the order lookup, which can find a purchase from the email address used and the last four digits of the card.
- Want a refund? That goes by email to the product's own support team, with Refund Request as the subject line. The address is published on the seller's contact page.
- Missing the confirmation email? Check spam before anything else. Confirmations from payment processors get filtered unusually often.
- Not sure who charged you? Your card statement will show the retailer rather than the product name.

What is worth writing to us about
- A correction. A price that has changed, an ingredient that does not match the bottle in your hand, a guarantee term stated wrongly. A photograph of the label is the single most useful thing you can attach.
- A broken link or page. Tell us which page and what happened.
- A question about the content. We can explain what something on this page means. We cannot tell you whether to take it.
What we genuinely cannot help with
We cannot advise whether this or any supplement is appropriate for you, whether it interacts with your prescription, or what dose you should take. Those depend on your medical history, which we do not have and do not want. A pharmacist will check an interaction for you at no cost and is the most underused resource available to anyone combining supplements with prescriptions.
Please do not send us medical details. We have no use for them and no wish to hold them.
